“I really think this book teaches everyone that there is someone out there that can take a cynical heart and turn it into a one that truly believes. I loved this book for what each character brought into Jilly's life to make her whole.”

Fran Lewis-reviewer & children’s books author

"This story is heart-warming, touching, and funny. A light but very pleasurable read. I had a smile on my face after the last page was finished. Laugh out loud fun!

If Sylvie Kaye isn't on your list of authors to read, you might want to add her now, and start with Loving Jilly- don't miss it!"

"This is an entertaining and enjoyable story, full of slightly off-kilter but likeable characters.  The aunts, with their quirkiness and heavy reliance on omens and signs to govern their every-day lives, are lovable.  Even their scheming isn’t the malicious kind.  Eric and Ken are a comic pair, bantering and insulting each other like an old married couple while plotting to help the lovebirds any way they can.  Jilly’s friend Ann is one of the few relatively voices of reason in the bunch but even she has her own little secrets.
I like this story, and recommend it as a tale with a bit of gender switch as far as who wants what.  I think you’ll like it, too."

"Loving Jilly was a funny and exciting read from beginning to end. I think most of us women can relate to Jilly’s busy life. Can we live without a man in our life? Most of us would like to think so.

Sylvie Kaye has outdone her self once again with another fun-filled love story."

Her Main  Man

4.5 stars from Steph Burkhart

Kaye pens a sensual contemporary romance with "Her Maine Man." Set on a rural island in Maine, this is one romance that will leave the reader breathless as they turn the page.
Kaye's writing is easy to read and she immediately engages the reader with secrets kept both by Jon and Maddie's family. Her dialogue is realistic and the plot is tight.
Kaye's descriptions are pitch perfect. She uses the five senses as well as similes to paint a vivid Maine backdrop.

Her characters are wonderfully complex. This is a story with substance.

TAL 5 Pearl Review

When Jon and Maddie meet on the ferry ride to the island, their lives become intertwined in a magical and beautiful love story that makes the reader and this reviewer know that love conquers all no matter what.

Throughout the novel Jon and Maddie hide their feelings for each other and vow to have a yearly clandestine meeting to renew their passion.  However, no matter how hard they try their emotions and feelings win out.  The rest you will have to read.

This novel will be out in July and I cannot wait to get an autographed copy to put on my shelf with other five star books.

Sylvie Kaye has made this reviewer a fan.

He feels tied to Wayback and doesn’t want to break those bonds, but Lili is testing his resolve. She knows where she wants to be and is going. The relationship between Lili and Luc is ecstatic. Both are strong minded individuals and watching them work out their differences and come to a compromise is exciting! I will without doubt be looking for more books written by Mrs. Kaye!

Banned in Texas

Fallen Angel Reviews

Dialogue is one of the strongest features of Banned in Texas. It is so believable that the reader can almost hear every word as it’s spoken. Characters leap off the pages. They feel real, with issues that anyone could have in their lives. I cared about Angie and felt her determination to find a new position in town. I felt her attraction for Cole as well, and the temptation his attention brought to her. Sylvie Kaye has written a good, solid story that is well worth the time it takes to read it. Banned in Texas is sure to please!

The Romance Studio Review

This was a fabulous story with a very interesting plot. It was well developed and had everything anyone could possibly look for in a novel. The sparks between Cole and Angela never had time to smolder. They would simply ignite regardless of the situation. Ms. Sylvie Kay certainly has a tremendous ability to create attention-grabbing characters and establish amazing sensual scenes which were ‘to-die-for.’ It seemed as if Ms. Kay had implanted oversized magnets within the bodies of her main characters and, whether or not they wanted to, they simply were drawn together.

Ms. Kaye’s secondary characters supported these two very well. Their actions and abilities were also well developed. This book had a fresh new plot set in a small town. It helped generate an original story which was hard to put down. I absolutely loved this book and wished for more when it ended. I highly recommend that you read this book. It will be well worth the efforts!

Coffee Time Romance Review

Banned in Texas is spicy, full of pizzazz and a budding romance that slowly escalates beautifully. I loved the banter between the refreshing characters of Cole and Angie. They carry the reader into wonderful smothering moments that are crafted nicely. Sylvie Kaye gives strength to Cole and Angie as they fight their feelings for the other. This classy read is well-written and had this reader screaming for Angie and Cole to get together. With a multitude of secondary characters that add depth to the storyline, this interesting story is great.

The Devil in Cowboy Boots

       Devil in Cowboy Boots

Mercy is on vacation, her mission: to have a mind-blowing orgasm, at least a dozen before returning to her boring job. When she spots Sinner at her uncles club, she knows that this man could give her the orgasm she has been craving.

Spence is only at the Starry Night Club to find Parker and seek retribution. But those thoughts leave his mind the moment Mercy catches his eye. Spence was locked up for a crime he didn’t commit and is bound and determined to put the man in charge behind bars. That would be Mercy’s uncle.

The pages in this book were smoking. From the very moment Mercy spotted Sinner to the last page when the admitted their love in a very erotic way. I love how Mercy takes charge and she does it in a shy way. It really defines her character. True, she may be looking for sex without any strings, but she was also the type of woman you brought home to mom and had a serious relationship with. She is also the woman who has never had an orgasm and is willing to go to great lengths to get one from a sexy stranger dressed in black and a pair of cowboy boots. I love the suspense in this story and the drama. There is enough to keep the pages turning as quick as the reader can go. If you enjoy a walk on the wild side with a sexy mysterious cowboy than this a book you cannot
miss.

With its powerful and highly erotic scenes this book is an intense read and not for someone who blushes easily. Sylvie Kaye has written a story with an intriguing plot that has the reader wondering where these two characters are going. There are some secondary characters in this book that play a role in the story and the outcome. Sylvie Kaye is an author to watch out for, she’s multi-talented, writing in different genres, and can heat up the cold nights ahead of us.

Devil in Cowboy Boots is a very hot, sexy read that will draw you in from the first page to the last.  The heat between Mercy and Spence is so instantaneous and combustible, you’ll be grabbing for some ice.  The characters are very believable and well developed and blending in secondary characters and a secondary plot makes this story all the more delicious.   This is the first book I’ve ever read by Sylvie Kaye, but it certainly won’t be the last.  She has a way of combining humor, intrigue and sensual delights to keep the reader entertained from start to finish!  I’m positive you won’t be disappointed at any time!

Fallen Angel Reviews

Sylvie Kaye packs many sexual experiences, romance, deception, friendship, and wraps it all up within the last few chapters brilliantly. Sylvie’s characters have substance and the story flows so well, entangling all of the many elements very seamlessly. The Devil in Cowboy Boots is a well rounded read with a beautiful end. I’m a sucker for happy endings. If you are too, do not miss Sylvie Kaye’s The Devil in Cowboy Boots.

Nobody's Angel is a heaven-sent blend of romance and humor guaranteed to have the reader falling in love.

Romance and Friends

Nobody's Angel is a fast paced, sexy, character driven story full of witticisms and insight. Krista is her own woman, although as her best friend wisely points out, she may be doing some living for her mother. Regardless, she knows what she wants from life and she is not willing to compromise. Dirk is a tough man who has suffered some losses and feels very strongly as a result of that past. At times, he stubbornly clings to those feelings, and even though he deserves the slap he received (and maybe more), that tenacity gives him an air of realism. Dirk and Krista are each other's angels and nobody else's.
